MINIMUM RE-STOCKING ORDER
Once your account is set up, we accept re-stocking orders of any quantity. For any order under $700.00, a $15.00 processing fee will be added. Please keep in mind that freight charges "per piece" are higher on smaller orders.
We gladly accept checks, wire transfers and we honor VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Allan Copley Designs will factor all your invoices with Lyon Capital Corp. Upon Lyon's credit approval your terms will be Net 30. Invoices refused by Lyon will require full payment prior to shipment (we will notify you if this is the case).
NSF CHECKS POLICY
There will be an administrative charge of $25.00 for every returned check, plus any additional charge(s) made by the bank.
If your business is based in California, or it has an office in California or if the merchandise that you purchase from us will be delivered within the State of California, we request you submit a California Resale Certificate; we will collect sales tax on every purchase otherwise.
You can place your order in writing, directly or through one of our sales representatives by fax, by mail, or by e-mail.

SIZES, FINISHES AND TOPS
Allan Copley Designs merchandise is individually hand-made. Due to this artistic nature, sizes and finishes are subject to slight variations in color and material characteristics. Finishes and Specifications are subject to change without notice.
For stone tops, no two pieces of natural stone are identical and will vary in color, markings and texture. Wood Finishes color variations are considered normal due to natural differences in wood tones, grain patterns and dye lots.
Stock Inventory is only available in standard finishes and sizes. We offer standard finishes and other available finishes as shown in the price list based on the following policy:
For metal products:
A) For other available painted or powder coated finishes, a 15% price up-charge will apply if quantity ordered is less than 25 pieces of the same series. Please refer to www.allancopley.com for pricing on other available finishes. For Plated finishes please see below.
B) Stainless Steel construction is available on most collection, regardless of quantity ordered. Nickel Plated and Chrome Plated finishes are available for orders of 25 pieces or more, the upcharge will vary; however, Stainless Steel is an excellent and viable option for that plated look. Please refer to www.allancopley.com for pricing on other available finishes.
C) Custom Sizes are available; please contact us for pricing and lead time information.
D) Lead time on other available and custom finishes will usually be 10 to 12 weeks. Please contact us for availability and lead time information.
For wood products:
Other available finishes are offered ONLY for orders of at least 25 pieces of the same item; an additional 15% price up-charge will apply. Please contact us for availability and lead time information.
Allan Copley Designs warranties all products for one year against workmanship defects or failure. If your product fails under normal conditions within 12 months from shipping date, you must notify us in writing, describing these defects or failure, and submitting photographs showing product condition. Allan Copley Designs will then review your claim,
and based upon our discretion and decision, we will then review your claim, and based upon our discretion and decision, we
will either repair and refinish the product, or replace it without any charge (parts and labor included). Items that fail due to negligence, ordinary wear, improper cleaning, public use, abuse or acts of nature will not be covered.
Allan Copley Designs standard product is usually in stock or in production. If not in stock when ordered, we will strive to ship within 8 to 10 weeks from date of receipt of order. The ship date will be noted in the acknowledgement.
An acknowledgement will be sent within 72 hrs after we receive your order. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the acknowledgment, and to notify Allan Copley Designs at once of any discrepancies found between your PO and the acknowledgment. Otherwise, the order will be shipped as acknowledged.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
Cancellations or changes cannot be accepted after an order has been processed. All changes or cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to Allan Copley Designs ability to conform. All cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to request and receive a written acceptance of such cancellation.
FREIGHT AND SHIPPING
All merchandise will be shipped 'freight collect' unless other specific arrangements have been issued in writing prior to ship date. Unless shipper is specified, we will ship the best way, at our discretion. Will call orders may be picked up at our warehouse after 48 hours of acknowledgement date. For "Next Day Pick Up," a rush fee of 20% of order value will apply.
All merchandise is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves our warehouse. The carrier upon acceptance of the shipment assumes responsibility for its safe delivery. Claims for loss or damaged sustained in transit must be made directly to the carrier. Please inspect the merchandise immediately at the time of delivery and note on the bill of lading of any damages or shortages. If you don't do this you will not be able to file a successful claim and you will be responsible for all charges.
Merchandise cannot be returned without the written consent of Allan Copley Designs. Any shipped merchandise that is refused after shipment, is subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any freight charges that are incurred by Allan Copley Designs. Merchandise returned without consent will be refused and returned to the buyer at their expense.
Credit for merchandise returned will not be issued until furniture is received in good condition. Refunds are payable only in the form of credit on future purchases.
Freight costs are established by freight carriers and we have no control over them. It is the customer's responsibility to verify with the freight carrier the rates and the freight cost of the order. We sell our furniture F.O.B. San Diego, CA. Please refer to the attached ACD Guaranteed Prepaid & Add Freight Map and Chart for costs. If you wish to utilize Freight Collect or Third Party Billing, Please notify us at the time of placing the order.
